After many years of providing professional planning and management advice from the local government side of the desk (most recently as Director of Planning and Development for the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake), I am now venturing into the private sector.
I assist property owners, other professionals, governments of all levels as well as all sizes of NGO's in developing strategies, actions plans, facilitating consultation processes, mediating to achieve solutions, achieving approvals and, when necessary, providing professional expertise in judicial hearings of all kinds.
Having experience in dealing with a wide range of development projects in mature urban communities, quickly suburbanizing communities as well as the agricultural and tourist community of Niagara-on-the-Lake, I have the background to provide property owners with the assistance they will need to move from concept to approval as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
